Information We Collect: When you run a property screening or purchase a report, we collect the target property address/ZIP queried, your email address (if provided for report delivery or order lookup), and the payment confirmation details returned by PayPal (transaction ID, payer email, and payment status). We never see or store your raw credit/debit card numbers—all card and wallet payments are processed directly by PayPal.

2. How We Use Your Data: We use your email address solely to deliver your purchased screening report links, allow self-service order recovery at /find-report, or connect you with a Phase I ESA environmental consultant if you explicitly submit a quote request. We never sell your personal contact information to third-party telemarketers.
